Reservation Cancellation:

Guests can cancel their reservation up to 2 days before the scheduled check-in date without incurring any cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total reservation cost.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame mentioned in the reservation cancellation policy.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified period or for no-shows.

Refund Process:

Guests must contact our reservations department at to initiate the cancellation and refund process.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during the reservation.

Please allow 30 max business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Partial Stays:

No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused portions of the reservation, regardless of the circumstances.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our control, Chandana Resorts reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations and refund amounts at its discretion.

Group Reservations:

Group reservations may be subject to different cancellation and refund policies. Specific details will be communicated at the time of booking.

Modification Policy:

Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
